- Credit card payments typically take 1 to 2 business days to reach the caregivers’ and agency’s bank accounts after the agency processes the previous week’s time cards. ACH Payments typically take 5 to 6 business days.
Any number of clients from 0 to 20 is billed as 20 clients for a monthly minimum of $120 for the Basic Package or $140 for the All Inclusive Package.
HZCare Registry Solution
The packages above are perfectly suitable for both agencies and registries. However, we developed an additional variant of the All Inclusive Package that we feel caters to the often overlooked concerns of registries.
In the traditional registry model, clients pay a referral fee to the registry in addition to a direct payment to the caregiver for service. Crucially, registries don’t pay their caregivers in order to maintain the independent contractor relationship. Consequently, we invoice your clients through HZCare Client Portal, and in turn, split their payments between you and your caregivers. Due to our role as a hub account for processing payments in the registry model, our pricing is based on the payments we process.

- When clients make payments in the Client Portal, the payments are automatically split to the caregiver and registry. Your clients won’t have to write two separate checks anymore!

Pricing requires minimum of 20 clients at the $7 rate or $14,000 in monthly processed transactions. The minimum can be met with a prorated combination of the two (e.g. 10 clients at the $7 rate and $7,000 in monthly processed transactions).
