HZCare Registry Solution
The packages above are perfectly suitable for both agencies and registries. However, we developed an additional variant of the All Inclusive Solution that we feel caters to the often overlooked concerns of registries.
In the traditional registry model, clients pay a referral fee to the registry in addition to a direct payment to the caregiver for service. Crucially, registries don’t pay their caregivers in order to maintain the independent contractor relationship. Consequently, we invoice your clients through HZCare Client Portal, and in turn, split their payments between you and your caregivers. Due to our role as a hub account for processing payments in the registry model, our pricing is based on the payments we process.
